**TEACHBUDDY.AI TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TeachBuddy.ai, a service offered by TeachBuddy.ai Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

**1. SCOPE OF SERVICE**

1.1. TeachBuddy.ai provides a platform that uses Generative AI and other AI/ML technologies to support teachers in the creation of teaching documents, including Lesson Plans. The platform consists of both free and premium (TeachBuddy Plus) service tiers.

**2. FREE TIER**

2.1. The Free Tier is offered to support teachers worldwide, subject to certain usage limits on different features, which may vary monthly or across a user's lifetime with TeachBuddy.ai. 

2.2. The content generated by Free Tier users remains the property of TeachBuddy.ai. We grant permission for Free Tier users to use generated content for non-commercial purposes, within their classrooms and for their own marketing.

2.3. Free Tier users may not sell the generated content to third parties.

2.4. The Free Tier is subject to changes, suspensions, or discontinuation at any time without notice, depending on budgetary constraints and other factors.

**3. TEACHBUDDY PLUS**

3.1. TeachBuddy Plus is a paid subscription tier that provides users with co-ownership rights to the content generated through the platform.

3.2. TeachBuddy Plus users are permitted to use the generated content for both personal and commercial purposes. 

3.3. The features, usage limits, and subscription fees for TeachBuddy Plus may change over time. We will ensure that TeachBuddy Plus offers significantly greater value and support compared to the Free Tier.

3.4. New features will be made available primarily to TeachBuddy Plus users first and, in some cases, may only be accessible to these members. 

3.5. We will endeavor to apply changes in limits or prices to new users first, without affecting current users, although this is not always guaranteed.

**4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY**

4.1. The TeachBuddy.ai service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TeachBuddy.ai Inc. and its licensors. 

**5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS**

5.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide a reasonable advance notice of any substantive changes.

**6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS**

6.1. By using our Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.
