What TeachBuddy AI does, in plain words
TeachBuddy AI makes every learner part of every lesson, from planning to assessment, so teachers teach the class they actually have and schools can see that every identified need was acted on. Here is each part, and how the parts connect.
Personalize: the class, once
A classroom profile holds class size, abilities, languages, special educational needs and how you like to teach. Learner profiles can describe one student, a group or a persona. A resource library keeps your textbooks, schemes of work, exam papers, worksheets and notes, including scanned books read page by page. "How I plan" keeps your lesson plan format, your planning rules, standing facts and a calendar, so you never repeat yourself.
Lessons: plan, slides, worksheets, series
The planner builds one lesson or a series from the topic, the class and your sources, in your own template, differentiated and checked before the lesson. From a plan you generate slides with presenter notes, a worksheet with an answer key, a quiz or a question set in one click. Every plan records what it was built from.
Assessments: quizzes, surveys, question banks, summative papers
Quizzes auto-grade and report per question. Surveys collect feedback from students, parents or staff, with file uploads. Question banks are reused across quizzes. Summative assessments are formal papers calibrated to Cambridge, IB, the UK National Curriculum, US Common Core, Pearson Edexcel, the Australian Curriculum or a board you name, with mark scheme, marking guide and an accessible version.
Spaces: where students work
A space is a digital classroom joined with a code. Inside: an AI tutor that knows only your materials, a class-voice question every lesson that every student answers in writing, interactive worksheets, assignments with rubrics, and arithmetic games checked by code. Learner notes in five lenses, class insights and reports show the teacher who understood what, this week.
Buddy: the assistant that acts
Buddy is the chat inside TeachBuddy AI. It reads your classes, library and results, creates plans, decks, quizzes, surveys, spaces and images from the conversation, and remembers how you plan. Voice notes and live voice on paid plans. Capabilities are also exposed as MCP tools for compatible assistants.
Tools: images, video, documents, speech
Image tools generate classroom pictures in seven styles, adapt images for SEN learners, simplify diagrams, edit, upscale and replace backgrounds. Video tools analyse a YouTube or uploaded video by chat. Speech to text and text to speech. Templates for repeated tasks.
Automations: materials made and checked while you are away
Paid plans can build a flow: create a lesson plan per topic, check it against criteria written in plain words, improve it until it passes, and save it to Google Drive, on a schedule in your timezone. Buddy queries run one question on a schedule, for example a weekly summary of a survey or the week ahead.
My School: the leader view
Schools get a policy and checklist written in plain words, a review queue of lessons already checked against it, a per-teacher and per-class picture, a school library of textbooks and schemes, timetables with clash detection, and a daily digest. Class level only, no student names. We do not observe teachers. We listen to learners. Insights go into next week's plan, not a teacher's file.
Integrations
Downloads to Word, PDF and PowerPoint on every generator. Google Drive saving and Canva editing on paid plans. English and Arabic interface. MCP tools for assistants such as Claude.
